If you happen to be as unfortunate as us and begin your first time home purchase with the WRONG realtor like we did....finding Zack will be like a cool drink of water while walking through the longest, hottest desert, which is the home buying experience!!! EVERYTHING that could go wrong, DID! And our 1st realtor was either ill-prepared for it, or just too busy with other clients to care! Every turn was more bad news, delivered with a "doom and gloom" rhetoric! And at the end of the day, we lost the house (and thousands of dollars).
We kicked our realtor to the curb and thought of giving up and renting again. We were so defeated and could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. "What if this happens again?"
We were then introduced to Zack. What a difference a day makes! We began looking for another home, with total fear and apprehension.
Zack was patient, informative and knowledgeable. He came prepared to every home with printouts and stats on each home. Helpful information that guided us in the process. He pointed out the not so wonderful parts of homes, when we would be falling in love with it. (Like evidence of termites or roof damage etc). He stayed in touch! We had moved out of the house and needed photos of some of the empty rooms to be "virtually" staged, which he agreed with and accomplished. He hired an aerial "drone" photographer to take photos of the house and the surrounding area. He even helped with an item for us that we will unable to take care of at that time. The house was on the market for two days when we received an offer. He was present for the house inspection and followed up with the financing appraisal.
